Order update text messages
When you order online at pokegoapp.com, we can text you about that order. Here is exactly what we send, how you opt in, how to stop, and how your number is protected.

- What we send. Transactional messages about an order you placed on pokegoapp.com: a confirmation with your order number once your payment goes through, and a text when your order is ready for pickup or on its way to your table. No marketing or promotional messages.
- How often. One or two messages per order. Message frequency depends on how often you order.
- How you opt in. You enter your mobile number in the phone field at checkout and place the order. The consent notice shown under that field is pictured on this page.
- How to stop. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final text confirming you are unsubscribed, then nothing more. You can still order online; we will call if we need to reach you.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message or call us at 352-421-9024.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent from a toll-free number and work with all major US carriers.

Privacy
- What we collect. The name and mobile number you enter at checkout, used to prepare your order and to send the messages described above.
- Never sold or shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Service providers. Messages are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio, and payments are processed by Square. Each receives only what it needs to do that job.
- Your choices. Reply STOP to end messages at any time. To have your number removed from our records, call 352-421-9024 or ask at the counter.
